DESCRIPTION For the opening gala of his Robertson Boulevard studios in 1956, Tony Duquette created a magical environment in the ballroom with ballet and music and this design for a chandelier in the form of a fountain, its upward rushing arc of drops suspended in mid-air, illuminated by the candles below.
